Our Owl and the Pussycat is inspired by the popular poem with sweet naive style patterning in a more minimal style, which is fun in the way the patterning is slightly obscure from a distance but you can pick out the details close up. The cat, owl and the waves of the sea, sit under a starry sky and crescent moon which are repeated on the sleeves and base hem. The garment also has contrasting tipping on the neck, sleeves and hem for extra colour interest.
Yoke Tale
Our knitwear can be dry cleaned, which is ultimately what we recommend. If you prefer to wash at home, please hand wash only in cool to body-temp water in a wool friendly detergent such as Woolite or Stergene (in the measurements specified on the bottle). Dry flat and gently reshape whilst still damp.
Please note wool does not need to be washed as much, because it naturally resists odour, moisture and bacteria.
